Register for the World Assembly
You will find all the details about your visit in the registration form. The Emmaus International Board would like to make it possible for as many groups as possible to attend by minimising financial obstacles. Any groups that think they will struggle to afford the registration rates mentioned above, or to pay their subscriptions on time, can ask for a waiver from the Emmaus International Executive Committee by writing to someren2026@emmaus-international.org.
Please specify what you are requesting (reduction of the registration rate, a waiver or a subscription payment plan, etc.) and state the reasons. You can already fill out the registration form, making sure to do so for each participant.

ELECTIVE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF EMMAUS EUROPE

FOR EUROPEAN GROUPS
The Elective General Assembly of Emmaus Europe will be held on Monday 13 April 2026 from 10am to 12.30pm in Someren (the Netherlands), on the morning before the opening of the Emmaus International World Assembly. This Assembly will elect the Councillors of Emmaus International (CEI) Board members to represent the Europe region and the Chair of Emmaus Europe.
This unprecedented arrangement harmonises the terms of office of the CEI Board members representing the Europe region with those of other regions: European representatives will now begin their term of office on the Emmaus International Board at the same time as their term on the Regional Council of Emmaus Europe.
Mandate proxy
European groups registering for the World Assembly will automatically be invited to participate in the Elective General Assembly of Emmaus Europe. Voting will take place in person. However, if you are unable to attend, you can give your proxy to another member group of Emmaus Europe present at the Assembly.
